The conference on the "OFF-GRID ENERGY REGULATORY FRAMEWORK, A REGIONAL PERSPECTIVE" is an international event that will take place between 22 and 24 November 2022, in Maputo, and will be broadcast simultaneously.
During two days, more than 50 panelists, regulators, financiers and participants in the sector of access to off-grid energy using renewable energy, from Mozambique and other countries in Africa, Europe and America, will present and discuss the challenges and opportunities that the sector presents as a viable solution to achieve the goals of universal access to efficient and clean energy sources by 2030.
The thematic sessions include topics such as quality of customer service and digital solutions, certification and application of technical quality and safety standards, interconnection of the national grid and energy transition strategies, tariff schemes, financing options and others, without leaving aside issues characteristic of rural environments, such as local content and gender equality and social inclusion (GESI).
